The original paper-based pressed tray material for replacing plastic and aluminium, now engineered lighter without compromising on performance.
Through smarter board engineering, Trayforma now achieves the same thickness and convertibility at a lower weight. Nothing changes in your production process: no new moulds, no adjustments to your line -- just more trays from the same amount of material.
Trayforma’s new, lighter board structure allows packagers to reduce overall packaging weight, transport costs, and material use across the value chain. It is available in grammages from 190 to 390 gsm, suitable for various sizes of microwave and conventional oven trays.

An unbleached tray board that brings a natural, distinctive appearance to food packaging without asking brands to trade away performance.
New to our tray material range, Trayforma Brown is designed for brands that want their packaging to stand out with an honest, unprocessed aesthetic, while still delivering the stiffness, formability, and converting reliability that demanding tray production requires. Its unbleached fiber structure provides exceptional board strength and superior material yield across a range of tray formats.
Notably, Trayforma Brown is the first unbleached tray board capable of withstanding conventional oven temperatures up to 220°C, making it a viable choice for ready meals and bakery applications where unbleached materials have not previously been an option.
Available in grammages from 270 to 375 gsm.
