Carbon Footprint

Carbon Footprint content

The carbon footprints of our market pulps are calculated in accordance with the Carbon Footprint Framework for Paper and Board Products developed by CEPI (Confederation of European Paper Industries). You can download verified carbon footprint factsheets for our main kraft pulp and fluff grades here. Each factsheet includes a QR code that links to the third-party verification statement for the respective product.

Stora Enso’s internally conducted Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) methodology for our pulp grades has been independently validated to comply with the Life Cycle Assessment standards ISO 14040:2006 and ISO 14044:2006. If you are interested in receiving our Pulp LCI data sets for your own LCA calculations, please contact us.
